Convenience and Reliability
When you open the app for the first time, you will be asked to allow the app to track your location. This will enable you to quickly select the store closest to you and see the most accurate menu. You will also be asked to allow notifications, enabling push notifications will give you access to special offers when they go live and also be updated on the status of your order in real time. Next, you will be asked to login or create an account. A Taco Bell account will give you full access to the unique features within the app along with their rewards program. When you place an order for the first time, you will be prompted to enter a payment method of a credit card, debit card, or Taco Bell gift card. You can save this payment method to make ordering your next meal even easier. You can always change your preferences in your account settings.
In addition, the app will also give you access to the online exclusive menu with the usual customization and nutritional information. Furthermore, in the Taco Bell app, you can also find the Veggie Cravings menu. By clicking the “Menu” tab and scrolling down to “Veggie Cravings,” you will see an assortment of vegetarian options including the Veggie Nachos Party Pack, the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, the Veggie Power Menu Bowl, and many more!

Rewards
All Taco Bell account holders are eligible for the Taco Bell Rewards program. This program has two levels: Hot and Fire. To advance to “Fire,” you must earn 2,000 points. To earn points, simply spend money at Taco Bell. At the “Hot” level, every dollar spent is worth 10 points. Customers who have ranked up to “Fire” earn 11 points for every dollar spent. You can also earn points through unique challenges that can be found by clicking “Challenges” in the “My Rewards” tab. Once you earn 250 points, you are eligible to select a free reward depending on your rank. “Hot” members can select from a Bean Burrito, Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce, Cinnamon Twists, a Crunchy Taco, and a Medium Fountain Drink. “Fire” members can select from any of these, but they have their options expanded to also include a Chalupa Supreme, Doritos Locos Tacos, Nachos BellGrande, and a Regular Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze. Members in either category are also eligible for a Birthday Surprise!
Taco Bell Rewards members can also receive exclusive rewards. These rewards typically have an expiration date and can be redeemed solely through the app for pickup at participating Taco Bell locations.

The Taco Bell app is fantastic for everyone! The app itself is very easy to navigate and order from. The customization of menu items is straightforward and diversifies the options for those with dietary preferences. The rewards program is very generous; $25 spent for a free item is a great deal. The rewards program is also unique in its “leveling up” system that rewards loyal customers. The “Challenges” portion of point accumulation is another creative and fun idea that will keep customers coming back to the app. The ease of use coupled with an extremely generous rewards program makes this app a must-have for both casual and hardcore Taco Bell lovers!
